With nearby York River and Chesapeake Bay to the Atlantic Ocean beaches to the south-east and the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge Mountains in the west, Bedford Falls is surrounded by a wide range of outdoor activities, entertainment, arts and cultural venues, good shopping and great dining.
Bedford Falls is a small owner operated community situated on wetlands and woodlands in the middle peninsula. The community has activities through the year to suit residents of all ages who come from across the country and around the world with diverse backgrounds, experiences and careers.
Management, maintenance, and care of Bedford Falls is the responsibility of the Bedford Falls Homeowners Association. A Board comprised of five elected Directors manages the HOA in accordance with its bylaws and state statutes.

The Mission of the HOA is to promote the common interests of its Members in the Development and to provide for the management, maintenance, and care of the real estate known as Bedford Falls Gloucester.
